Valentine's Day Card "Tickets for Love" Instructions
1. Create the bear
To get started, gather all of your materials so you have them accessible.
Use a Valentine's bear stamp of your choice and daub your ink pad onto the clear stamp. Be sure to apply a generous amount of ink to cover the stamp surface and press firmly onto your colored pattern to get a nice, defined, and cute bear.
Cut out the bear into a circle shape. Remember that a perfect circle isn't necessary as it's the effort that counts!
2. Stamp your phrases
Add some extra sentiment to your card using the phrases. You can mix and match the phrases or choose just one. Carefully stamp around the bear, filling in the background space.
Tip: Cut out a smaller, separate circle to cover the bear. This can help serve as a guideline to where you should stamp.
3. Create the tickets
It's time for the tickets! Choose your ticket design and pack on the ink color. Then with a separate colored paper, stamp your tickets. You can create a wide variety of different colored tickets.
Once your tickets are done, you can handwrite the activities or stamp themone on. Either way, both will surely make your loved one smile! When you're finished, cut out the tickets with either scissors or the Tickets for Love Cricut file.
4. Attach the envelope
We're almost done! Measure and cut your patterned paper to fit your envelope. We recommend leaving an inch or two around the envelope to create a cute border. Then glue down your envelope making sure to glue the envelope flap open so you can put the tickets inside.
5. Assemble the card
Finish the card by attaching the bear in the middle of the envelope. For the tickets, attach the smallest amount of glue to help hold them in place while still allowing them to be removed easily.
