Flower Card Instructions
1. Gather and prepare supplies
To get started, gather all of your materials so you have them accessible.
If you have a Cricut machine, you can use the Into the Flower Press Cricut files to cut out your stamp images before inking. If you don't have a Cricut machine, place your white card stock onto a craft mat or paper to protect your surface.

Using clear stamps is easy, peel your stamp from the backing sheet and place it onto an acrylic stamp block. The photopolymer is slightly tacky, so your stamp can easily stick and be removed from your stamp block.
Second, ink your stamp with the ink pad of your choice. In this project, we are using Archival Ink by Ranger. Archival ink is great for long-lasting color as well as incredibly universal in card making and paper crafting.
If you are not using a Cricut stamp all the designs you want to use on the sheet of white card stock. Be sure to space out the stamped impressions to cut around them later.
2. Prepare your card
For this card, we are using a layered fold. This means our fold is off-center to create a layered look. To achieve this look, Cut your base cardstock to 4x11. Fold your card with roughly two inches of space on the right-hand side.
Next, we cut white cardstock into a 7.25 x 3.75 rectangle to fill the right side of the fold inside of the card, allowing for a small border.
Additionally, cut a strip of botanical pattern paper to 2 x 3.75 and adhere over the white cardstock to the far right of the inside of the card.
Lastly, with your card folded, cut a dark-colored cardstock to square to place on the front. Size appropriately so there is a small border around the edge.
3. Stamp your images
Now it's time to stamp your images. Using Black ink or the color of your choice, stamp your images on your Cricut die cuts or white cardstock if you are completing this craft without a Cricut.
4. Plan your layout
To get a sense of what your design will look like, arrange your cut-out stamped images to decide how you might want to place and layer your pieces.
5. Add color to your stamped images
Using color pencils or art markers, add color to your floral stamps as you see fit.
6. Assemble the card
Now let's assemble our card based on your pre-planned layout. We will start with adding 3-D styrofoam dots to ur frame and secure that to the center of your front flap. Next, attach and layer additional flower stamps around the frame
Important: When attaching your sentiment as we are, secure your phrase to the frame and the front card flap, but not to the botanical paper, otherwise the card won't be able to open!
Lastly, add any additional embellishments of your liking. We added adhesive pearls to add an extra level of beauty and style.
