Very disappointed
I ordered the S.I.40 ink pad to replace the old one in my MaxStamp SI40 stamper. When I received it and attempted to insert it into the stamper, it was 3mm (1/8 in.) too long, and would not fit into my stamper. I contacted customer service and explained my issue. I made sure to let them know I needed a pad that was 78mm, and not 81mm, like the one they sent. Customer service promptly sent a new pad, but it was identical to the first one, and was, of course, unusable. Very frustrating.
