Two times wrong
Ordered a simple stamp that I made on their template. Took measurements and thought I was getting what I wanted. The font was tiny. Ordered it again (they gave me 50% off on the second one). They suggested I send them a word doc with font and font size. I did but made the mistake of putting what I want in a text box. My stamp included the box...I didn't want that. Obviously, some of this is my fault but a simple preview of the stamp in actual size and having suggestions for how to submit would be helpful.
