how to turn it around
When I received my stamps, they were not correct. I called in and Donna discovered there was something at your end that was wonky, but hopped right on it and got it taken care of pronto. Furthermore, because I was on a time crunch at this point (stamps were needed for an event), they sent them next day air and we had them in time. Sometimes things happen - we're all human - but when a company says, "yep, we messed up and we're sorry about that" then makes it right, I call that excellent customer service. Thank you!
